MetaField Forms Store

Purpose

The MetaField Forms Store gives your firm access to hundreds of ready-to-use templates, making it easy to browse, select, and import forms with one click. The Forms Store helps your team streamline template adoption, save valuable time, and improve workflow efficiency.

  • Browse and import templates instantly—no need to use the Forms Catalog or contact support
  • Forms are up-to-date and adhere to the latest standard requirements
  • Search by tags to find "New" and "Updated" templates

Accessing the Forms Store

Admin users with Forms Library access can open the Forms Store in seconds. Just press the Forms Store button in the upper-right of the Forms Library page:


Using the Forms Store

To import a new form to your environment, click its checkbox, then press the Import button at the bottom of the page. This will make the form available for use in your projects:

Here are a few more useful actions you can take on the Forms Store page:

  • Learn the basics of this page by pressing Take a Tour in the upper-right
  • Use the Search or Filter Bar to find forms that fit your business needs
  • Click the form tabs (Test, Sample, Activity) to filter to a specific type
  • If available, press the Preview icon (👁️) to review the report deliverable

Forms Store Tags

Some forms have tags to help you quickly identify newly added, updated, or popular entries. Here’s what each tag means:

  • New: Form is new to the Forms Store
  • Updated: Form has been updated in the last two weeks
  • Popular: Form has been imported by other MetaField customers
