MetaField Training Center - Premium Content

Overview

MetaField Training Center offers role-specific training guides to help you:

• Learn how the system works
• Reduce time onboarding new or seasonal employees
• Reinforce best practices for using MetaField

Note: To assist with the onboarding and adoption of your seasonal workers, all customers will have free access to Premium Content for the rest of 2024!

How to Enable Premium Content

Activate Premium Content for users today by following these steps in MetaField:

1. Direct your MetaField Admin to the "Administration" module
2. Navigate to "Users" under "Security"
3. Open the user record you want to edit ()
4. Toggle "Training Center" to "Yes" at the bottom of the General Info tab
5. If your firm uses Office Access, assign user to "Training Office" in the Office Access tab
6. Click Save
7. Repeat these steps for any additional users.

• Once your users have Premium Content enabled in Training Center, they will see training data that can be used as they walk through the guides.
• When you deactivate the user's access to Premium Content, this data will be deleted.
• Guides can be accessed from the home page using the Task List in the bottom-right.
