In order to use MetaField Mark Simple, you will need access from your MetaField administrator. After access is granted, you will need to upload your signature graphics in order to sign.

Select on your name in the top right corner of most MetaField screens and choose ‘Profile’.

After upload, you will see a preview of their uploaded image(s).
Navigate to the ‘Signatures’ tab and select 'Upload'.
Signatures will be used for any reports with a ‘Digital with Signature Graphic’ signature configuration on the report
Stamps will be used for any reports with a ‘Digital with Seal’ signature configuration on the report
Please note that profiles are allowed to have only one signature and multiple stamps.

First navigate to the Administration panel and then click 'Users'. Select an individual user and click on ‘Edit User’ icon.

Signing Process
Using MetaField Mark Simple Sign
Users will see a very similar experience for MetaField Mark as they did for AgileStamp.
One improvement users will see is that they will no longer need to enter credentials for each signing process.
Take a look at any popup errors. You may have either missed activating your account or possibly consenting to single sign on. The Pop up message will lead you to your missing step.
First try checking your spam folder and if you are first in your company, you may need to check with your IT team to see if the email got blocked by any firewall.
You can either begin signing documents as normal and update your image during signing ceremony by clicking on the signature/seal location or you can log into your DocuSign Account and navigating to ‘My Profile’ -> ‘Signatures’ OR ‘Stamps’.

No, if you sign and deliver reports at the same time or in separate steps, MetaField will send the signed copy as it did with AgileStamp.

Frequently Asked Questions
Follow the same initial steps when creating a report that you want to sign. Choose the records you want added to your report and complete the Finalize Report popup.
The report will be created with the user signature or seal in the bottom right and the user directed back to their Module.
