Release Highlights
- Users can collect State Plane Coordinate details while completing Soil Nuclear Gauge Forms
- Uploaded Reports may now be signed if anchor text is included in the uploaded document
- Updates to Client Contact fields will now show external ID and allow for a minimum of one character to be listed for both First and Last Name fields.

Field
Users may Collect State Plane Coordinate Location Information while Completing Soil Nuclear Gauge Forms
The ability to collect State Plane Coordinate location information has been added for US customers who use standardized Soil Nuclear Gauge forms/workflows in the Field and QC. When entering data from either module, users will find newly added optional fields allowing the selection of a State Plane Zone, and the definition of Northing and Easting values.
When collected, these values can be reported upon by use of the Extract for Density Testing Data. To extract the collected data for one or many tests, navigate to 'Extracts' (formerly, Utilities) and then Density Testing Data. From here users may select the appropriate fields to be presented on the extract.
Delivery
Uploaded Reports May be Signed
Users may now sign reports that have been uploaded to MetaField with either Simple Digital Signatures or Certified Digital Signatures. Users will find that the Digital Signature Configuration defined for the report type will now be updated to reflect these options. To use this functionality, uploaded reports must have an anchor text string included in the document, such as 'SignatureHere', which will instruct the signature service to place the appropriate signature and signature text in the location defined on the document.

Client Contact Information Updates
An 'External ID' Field has been added to the Client Contact, which can now be seen in the Client Contact record. Additionally, Fields for First and Last Name have been updated to require only a minimum of one character, where a minimum of three characters were previously required.

New Billing Screen Added for Managing Billing Settings
A new section has been added to the 'Work Items / Billing Costs' section to store global billing settings. Settings on this screen will continue to grow as we expand our offerings for integrations related to managing billing transactions.

Forney / Vault Integration Updates
Some issues have been resolved that prevented proper data flow for firms leveraging MetaField's Forney integration. Additional enhancements that speed efficiency and eliminate manual effort also have been introduced.
